Appointments
Appointment Policy
Appointments are REQUIRED for all services and can be made online or via phone. To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. For certain medical aesthetics services, a non-refundable deposit and/or consultation will be required prior to booking an appointment.
Late Arrivals
Service Time Adjustment
Total time of service will be deducted according to late arrival time. For example, if your appointment is from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. and you arrive at 12:15 p.m., your service will run from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Late Arrival Consequences
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time will result in automatic cancellation and a 100% late cancellation fee. Missed appointments can only be rescheduled after full payment of late fees.
Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation Guidelines
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 days prior to your appointment to avoid a 50% late cancellation fee. Charges will be made to the card on file per the policy below.
Specific Cancellation Charges
1 Day Prior: 50% of the service price.
Same Day / No Shows: 100% of the service price.
More than 1/3 Late: Appointment automatically cancelled with 100% fee.
On Arrival Cancellation (including multiple services): 100% of service(s) price.
Services Priced $90 or Less: $49 fee per service for cancellations or no-shows within 2 days of the appointment.
Medical Aesthetics Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements
Medical aesthetic service bookings require a consultation appointment and a non-refundable deposit. No exceptions. Deposits are only applicable toward same-day services related to the consult.
Confirmation & Late Arrival
All services must be confirmed at least 2 days before the appointment. Appointments not confirmed will be automatically cancelled.
Late arrivals exceeding 1/3 of the appointment time will be cancelled and result in forfeiture of service or prepaid package session.

Medical aesthetic services may include but are not limited to:
Laser treatments
Injectable services
Chemical peels
Microneedling
Refusal of Service
Zero Tolerance Policy
THE ROSE BLOOM Aesthetics & Wellness is a safe and inclusive space. We respect individuals regardless of race, class, gender, ethnicity, culture, or sexual orientation.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time with no refund due to the following behaviors:
Threats or violence
Theft
Disruptive or abusive language
Discriminatory remarks
Drug/alcohol use
Any behavior deemed offensive by staff
Individuals may be escorted off the premises and prosecuted if necessary.
Return Policy
Product Returns
Unopened and unused skincare/body products in original packaging may be returned within 5 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
No cash/card refunds — account credit only (excludes medical aesthetic services).
Service Satisfaction
We aim for excellence in service. If dissatisfied, speak directly with your practitioner. We may offer a follow-up service or product to “Make it Right.”
Please note:
No concessions after 72 hours post-service.
We are not liable for actions taken after you leave the facility.
Follow all post-care instructions provided at your visit.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirm pricing and services at time of booking.
Payments
Accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Financing available: PatientFi, Cherry, Care Credit.
No checks accepted.
Applicable state taxes will be charged.
Packages
Packages expire 1 to 1.5 years from purchase date. Confirm with staff for details.
No cash redemption, refunds, or exchanges.
Gratuity
Minimum 18% gratuity on skin treatments paid for by someone other than the client.
Typical gratuity: 18%–20%.
Gratuity can be added at checkout.
Valuables
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Avoid bringing valuables.
Cell Phone Usage
To maintain a tranquil space, please restrict cell phone use to the lobby area only.
Children
To maintain a serene atmosphere, please do not bring children unless:
They are receiving a service.
They are under 18 and accompanied by an adult.
A guardian signs the consultation and consent forms.
Guardians are responsible for supervising behavior.
